And, we help match buyers and sellers with the best 3 agents who fit their needs. We handle the entire process - from client verification, agent matching and follow-up to ensuring everyone gets paid.

Scott Olsen, CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Scott oversees the entire day-to-day operation of ReferralExchange and AgentMachine. Previously, Scott worked at several firms in equity research, investment banking and venture capital. Scott has a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is an avid outdoorsman and sailor.

Ali Hamed, Founder

As Founder, Ali helps lead the strategic development of the company. Previously, Ali designed and developed integrated computer systems for both commercial and government clients. Ali has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Davis, and enjoys running, photography, and weekends at the batting cages.

Tom Monaghan, Sales and Operations

Tom’s role as VP of Sales and Operations has him overseeing all of the servicing and recruiting efforts for ReferralExchange and AgentMachine. Previously, he worked for Bella Pictures and ING Direct. He specializes in team building and process development, with a focus on providing a high level of service. He has a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware and, when not working, spends his time traveling, reading, and practicing archery.

Mark Silva, Engineering

As Director of Engineering, Mark leads the engineering and development efforts at ReferralExchange. Previously, he served as Director of Mobile Engineering at ZipRealty, the nation’s largest internet based real estate brokerage, and Director of Engineering at Tobi, an online fashion retailer. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley. Mark enjoys travelling with his family, trying new recipes and restaurants with friends, and practicing yoga.

Daniel Yarlett, Data Science

As the Chief Data Scientist Officer, Daniel spearheads research and analytics efforts for ReferralExchange and AgentMachine, including their online marketing strategy. His areas of expertise include machine learning, data mining, data visualization, and information management, with a general emphasis on robust Bayesian methods. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Stanford University, where his research focused on statistical aspects of language acquisition; an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh University; and a B.A. in Philosophy from Cambridge University.

Myron Lo, Product

As VP of Product/Business Development, Myron oversees all Product Management and Development for the company. Previously, he served the co-founder and CEO of PriceHub, a service that brings price transparency to the used car market. He was also responsible for product and marketing innovation at ZipRealty, the nation’s largest internet-based real estate brokerage. At ZipRealty, he launched a number of award-winning products focused on both consumers and agents. He received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Myron enjoys spending time with his family—including his two sons.

Lisa Fettner, Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Lisa manages all Marketing efforts for ReferralExchange. Previously, Lisa was at Technology Credit Union, World Savings/Wachovia Bank and several software companies. She has extensive experience in marketing, lead generation and brand building in the financial services, real estate, mortgage and technology sectors. She has a B.A. in Communications from UC Berkeley. Lisa’s hobbies include volunteering and traveling the world in search of the best chocolate.
